SEN VPN ("we", "us", "app") is an independently developed and operated application. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use SEN VPN on Android.

By using the app, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the application.

We do not log, monitor, store, or sell your browsing history, URLs, domain names, or any VPN traffic content.

3. What We Do NOT Collect

Content of data transmitted through the VPN tunnel
Destination IP addresses of your connections
Precise geographic location (GPS)
Contacts, messages, photos, or files on your device
Credit card or payment information (handled entirely by Google Play)

VPN traffic is end-to-end encrypted — we cannot and do not read the content of your connections.

5. Advertising (AdMob)

Free accounts display ads via Google AdMob. AdMob may use Device ID and app usage data to serve personalized ads.

VIP accounts are completely ad-free
You can opt out of personalized ads in Android Settings → Google → Ads

6. VIP Subscription & Billing

Payments are processed entirely by Google Play Billing — we never store credit card information
Subscription status is managed by RevenueCat
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
Cancel anytime via Google Play → Subscriptions

7. Data Security

All data in transit is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS
VPN tunnel uses the OpenVPN protocol with AES-256 encryption
Account data is stored on Google Firebase with Google-standard security
We do not store passwords — authentication is handled via Google OAuth

8. Data Retention

Account data: Retained until you request account deletion
Connection history: Retained for up to 90 days
Crash logs: Retained for up to 90 days in Firebase Crashlytics
Analytics data: Retained per Google Analytics default settings (26 months)

11. Users Under 18

SEN VPN is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children or minors. If we discover that data from a person under 18 has been collected, we will delete it immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When significant changes are made, we will notify you through the app or by updating the "Effective date" at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
